These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Morpheus website at morpheusgh.co (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply only to the marketing website. They do not govern any contract between Morpheus and a client, partner, or vendor; those relationships are governed by separate written agreements.
The Site is operated by Morpheus Technologies Limited, a company registered in Ghana, with its registered office in Accra. References to "Morpheus", "we", "us", or "our" mean Morpheus Technologies Limited.
The Site exists to share information about Morpheus, our work, and how to engage us. It is informational. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a binding commitment, or professional advice of any kind. If you are considering working with us, the relationship is established by a separate written agreement, not by the contents of this Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server it runs on, or any related systems.

The Morpheus name, logo, and wing mark are trademarks of Morpheus Technologies Limited.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including but not limited to morpheusdesk.com and other Morpheus product sites, our co-founders' LinkedIn profiles, and external client or partner sites where relevant. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own discretion.
We aim to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or free of errors. Information about our work, our team, our products, and our partnerships may change. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information from the Site.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morpheus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to GHS 1,000 or the equivalent in your local currency.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
